Return Policy
Our endeavor is to complete all orders accurately and ship as quickly as possible. However if we make a mistake we will do everything we can to make it right. We take a common sense approach to our returns with customer satisfaction as a top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or credit within the first seven days of receiving the item.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. If the return is because of a mistake on our part we will pay ALL shipping fees. If an item has a factory defect, it MUST be sent back to the manufacturer. This is how they track problems and control quality. This is their policy and the way it should be handled. If there is a problem, please contact us right away so that we may assist you accordingly.
